The Searing Touch is a unique Lathi. At the start of Ultimatum league there was a bug where Inscribed Ultimatums could offer the Searing Touch on a Long Staff base type with modifiers resembling the legacy variant discontinued in version 3.8.0. This bugged variant is not listed in the following table. Fixed a bug where Inscribed Ultimatums that granted The Searing Touch Unique Staff gave a Legacy version of the item.

This site is legit. The 5-60 mins delivery is not. If your on PC it’s quicker. If your on console it’ll take hours. I only order one or two items at a time. As long as your not in a hurry this site works great. Not 5/5 stars because of the false delivery time advertisement.
