Mightflay
Mightflay is a unique Flaying Knife. Certain dagger base types can no longer roll spell-based mods such as added damage for spells or increased spell damage. Their base attack speeds have been slightly increased, and their damage decreased to compensate. This affects all existing versions of these base types. Base type damage increased to 16-64 (up from 14-56).
