Snakebite is a pair of unique Assassin's Mitts. As such, this is affected by gear and passives which increase or decrease maximum frenzy charges. Most notably, using three of the Pacifism unique jewel with no other additional charges available will reduce the maximum number of frenzy charges to zero, leading to the poison debuff being applied every attack. Alternatively, two Pacifism and modifier +(1-2) to Minimum Frenzy Charges from Redeemer item or +1 to Minimum Frenzy Charges from veiled modifier also worked.

10% reduced Frenzy Charge Duration per Frenzy Charge
Attacks have 60% chance to Poison while at maximum Frenzy Charges
