Once order is confirmed, it was easy to wait online, accept invite, and receive and accept trade. Only a few minutes after order cleared. 1 item was out of stick and customer service online chat was good about explaining what happened and how to resolve. Thanks.

*UPDATE*: I emailed & Chatted with customer service. She apologized for such a long delay. She explained that it is not only really busy on the weekends, but that when that happens the multiplayer passcode needs to be changed (sometimes to 22222) because some users signs won't appear. She walked me through the process and stayed in the chat with me until I was summoned and confirmed I received everything. I'm very Happy that I received Kristin's help and ultimately got what I paid for! *Original*: Waited for 11 hours between yesterday evening and this evening I I was summoned once. a "Dragongrease" was dropped (not what I paid for) and then I was killed. He did however take the time to tea-bag me, so that was nice.
