Titucius' Span is a unique Reinforced Tower Shield. The +25% additional Block Chance against Projectiles modifier applies to only attack projectiles and stacks additively. In order to get 'chance to block projectile spells', 'x% of block chance applied to spells' is needed. For example, without any block passives, when using Titucius' Span and Stone of Lazhwar the resulting chance to block projectile spells is 24% ((23% + 25%) * 0.50). The following changes CANNOT be obtained by rerolling the item's mods with a Blessed Orb and will only appear on new versions of these items: Strength-based shields now have an implicit that grants Life.
