Cold Snap
Cold Snap is a spell that deals cold damage to enemies in an area, leaving chilled ground that expands and deals cold damage over time. It has a cooldown that is bypassed by using Frenzy Charge. It also leaves behind an area of chilled ground that deals damage over time and has a 25% chance to grant a frenzy charge when you kill an enemy within its area of effect. Delve monster Unstable Weta use its own version of Cold Snap (id: WetaColdSnapOnDeath) as a cast on death skill. It has two status icons, one for Chill status icon.pngChilled Ground part, one for the Cold Snap damage The Vaal Oversoul also placed "Cold Snap" on the ground instead of normal chilled ground.
