Anger is an aura skill that adds fire damage to the attacks and spells of the caster and their allies. Anomalous Anger now causes you and nearby allies to deal 0.25% increased Burning Damage per 1% gem quality (from 1% per 1% gem quality). Divergent Anger now grants you and nearby allies 0.05% increased movement speed per 1% gem quality (from 0.25% per 1% gem quality).
